Founded
in 1970 by the City of Muskegon, Chase Hammond
Golf Club is one of the more scenic and challenging
daily fee golf courses in the Muskegon area.
Chase Hammond Golf Club is not an overly
long golf course, but is well known for its
heavily tree-lined fairways. Chase Hammond
Golf Club was purchased in 1998 by the owners
of Winding Creek Golf Course in Holland, Michigan.
As part of what is now known as 45 great
golf holes, Chase Hammond and Winding Creek
are well maintained, and are very popular
with daily fee golfers, golf outings, and
tournament players.
Chase Hammond Golf Course is the annual host
golf course for the Greater Muskegon Golf
Association’s Henderson Memorial Match
Play Championship.
